How to Declutter Your Desk

When your desk is filled with papers, pens, post-it notes, printers, receipts, business cards, computer equipment, etc, work spaces become unmanageable. At some point, you’re best off investing in a complete system to clean up the space.

You can de-clutter your desk using a variety of approaches. The DIY crowd such as shown in decluttered.com may buy a series of dowels and particleboard. This, in our opinion is a little overkill in this day and age. Most people use a simple laptop for computing, with maybe an additional monitor and printer at the most. Gone are the days of multiple peripherals and electronic do-dads.

Our suggested to de-clutter your desk is to buy a desk set. Consider a nice pen holder, file folder system, business card holder, cell phone charging station, pen case and picture frame. A nice leather desk set will not only look nice, it will help you keep organized and declutter your desk for years.
